Voir tous les avisJulie is an amazing instructor. She kept high energy throughout the class, seamless transitions from one song to the next, and kept the entire group engaged and in the zone. I am also a cycle instructor, and it is very challenging sometimes to keep that energy for an entire hour. This class is suitable for all levels. I’d consider myself a very seasoned cyclist, but have a couple injuries as got an amazing workout. The studio is sparkling clean, they have childcare available, shoe rentals, clean towels, and plenty of merch and toiletries for refreshing after class. Highly recommend!
