Voir tous les avisWhat can I say, candlelit yin at 8p is the perfect pace for me. Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.
