Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. I usually practice unheated; the crossover was worth it. Booked at 9 ClassPass credits with a €3 mat rental — fair value for the format and duration. Logistics worth knowing: reservations release 10 minutes prior to start, late entry is barred, and mat and towel rentals are available. Bring a change of clothes — the heat is real.
