Voir tous les avisMy first time, and got to say that it felt like a proper functional strength training class and a proper ride class at the same time, with 23 minutes-ish dedicated time for each with only one switch. Having tried Run and the usual ignite class, I think this one was definitely my favorite, with good strength exercises that push you. Starting out with the strength training really gets the heart pumping for the ride, so I’d recommend starting there if this is what you’re looking for.

Voir tous les avisIt was my very first megaformer class, and Olivia was pure sunshine. She explained everything well, and it all felt very supportive and encouraging as opposed to intimidating. I was by far the weakest in the class, but instead of feeling discouraged I feel excited to take more classes 🤍
