Voir tous les avisInstructor was really nice and I liked the pace. But the room was way too hot - especially as it wasn’t advertised as “heated”. Was very light headed and dripping pools of sweat which made my mat very slippery.

Voir tous les avisI loved the class I took here! Definitely will be booking again. The ambience, and lighting was very relaxing. the class was small and the instructor so thoughtful. She lead a wonderful class. It was really fun to do sensual flow yoga. Powerful way to unlock the divine feminine. It helped release tension, lower stress and reconnect with my body.
