Lauderdale, I hope Adriane will bring back Saturday’s the condition program, I totally understand that Roar has it but Lab was completely different on the 10 minutes block , was creative , empowering and challenging.

As A PT and coach I want to congratulate a Molly for the great flow and chain exercise done on her first part of the class I really felt it every single muscle of my body and them a great 1/2 hour of yoga were her voice guidance took my mind to another part of the universe ending the practice in peace , happy and lots of love .
