It wasn’t the vibe I was looking for today - wanted a more deep meditative flow, and it was almost counter-productive as I had to quiet my mind from judgment of her style today. Nothing against it whatsoever. Just a note to others that this instructor isn’t your traditional mellow yogi type

Voir tous les avisI did the Power Jump class and it kicked my a** for cardio & legs but I felt so amazing and happy when I left and I loved it! Luciane, the coach, was so welcoming, encouraging, and has an amazing physique and is very inspiring!! This is a great class to add something different into your weekly work out routine. The class was an hour long including stretching and ab workout finisher and I got 6,000 steps in during this workout. Beautiful and clean studio gym with open floor plan and workout equipment. I look forward to trying other classes Winter Club offers!

Voir tous les avisAmazing class!! Johniece is a delightful and warm soul and the restore/sound bath session was deeply relaxing. I’ve been doing yoga for a looong time, and she introduced me to some stretch modifications and I hadn’t tried before and loved! The sound bath was totally transportive and I absolutely recommend. Super cute studio with fun lighting and a great vibe.
