The SPENGA format interested me cause I like variety in my workouts and it def lived up to my expectations! The facilities are really nice and the equipment (and amount of it) was super nice. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Voir tous les avisBelle was a great instructor! She makes it look so easy and really makes an effort for all skill levels to be included. Her choreography is challenging so I can’t really keep up but I never feel judged. She gives modifications too..
