Voir tous les avisThe class was easy to follow. A good turnout of other students. The space was clean and had plenty of chairs for people to sit at between classes. There is also some shoes/dancewear they offer for sale which is helpful for beginners. The instructors gave clear instructions and were sure to include everyone.

HIIIT Booty
Voir tous les avisInitially, when you walk in the aesthetic of the place is a little bit offputting however, the ladies that greeted me were so nice, and honestly I didn’t have high expectations for the class. They did tell me that there wasn’t a HIIT booty class like the one that I signed up for, but it was a circuit. I suggest getting that updated in the APP. Yet, I found the 12 exercise circuit to be challenging. I really liked the exercises she chose because really worked up a sweat. I felt like the ladies there were a community and very family oriented will definitely be back! My only suggestion is that it would have been more effective to hear some motivation by the instructor a bit more throughout the workout. Even though, I pretty knowledgeable about exercises, a beginner may not be, so explain what the exercise targets or a more specific demo would be helpful!

The ladies all had been attending the class for many years, which says alot about the program and even instructor. I would gladly recommend this class and plan to attend again. One of them I actually knew from figure skating! The instructor did a great job at showing me how to do each move on each side and stood on each side of the room so I could see both sides. The class was fun and I enjoyed the combinations!
