She is really calm and puts you at ease before starting. I went te release tension that had been building up due to a lot of sports (tennis) in my legs and back, and some discomfort in my shoulder and arm due to the combination of tennis and computer work. I felt a lot lighter on my feet afterwards and definitely better in my upper body as well. Overall great experience.

I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. If they’re open minded enough to change the wax, I think it will be better for the client. In the end, a good result and Gillian was very professional.
