I always tend to show a picture and have struggled to find a barber who ever listens to what I want (I like a slightly longer haircut/one with a soft mullet but they would always ignore what I want and revert to short back and sides) so thought I’d try somewhere new - and I will definitely be back. I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. If they’re open minded enough to change the wax, I think it will be better for the client. In the end, a good result and Gillian was very professional.

Honestly I didn't quite know what to expect but my face was microneedled experience ( I think?) and I discovered my eyebrows are pretty darn sensitive because ouch. Afterwards my face was very red and then it settled down about an hour or three later. It's been about a week later and honestly I feel there's been no difference in terms of skin quality but maybe the treatment wasn't for my type of skin. Dudu herself was very kind and gentle. I wouldn't have this package experience again especially because I was looking for something more relaxing and pampering and that's on me for not really reading the options
