Just one comment but concerning the group size, they are adding more mats every time leaving no space to move freely. Would be great if they would focus on expanding the classes and instead just focus on teaching amazing yoga.

It said beginner to medium which I thought would just mean a lighter version of the signature but instead it was taught as a complete beginners class as if this was your first time on a reformer- including five minutes at the start explaining how the machine worked- which I already knew

Got to her class today for the first time, and it was one of the best pilates teaching style I’ve experienced. She will proactively correct your form and push your limits. If you’re looking for a more relaxing type of class, this is probably not for you as it felt like a really good test for my core strength, flexibility and mobility.

En seulement 4 cours avec Cyril je ressens enfin une progression notable. C’est fou ! Définitivement le Meilleur prof de Yoga que j’ai eu de toute ma vie parmi tous les profs que j’ai pu tester entre Paris, Bali, et même en Inde ! Sa méthode est dynamique, Il n’a pas de tapis, il nous guide et navigue entre les pratiquants pour nous accompagner et corriger individuellement pour afin d’aller plus loin tout en respectant notre niveau. L’ambiance est décontractée et studieuse à la fois. Il est INCROYABLE. La révolution est en marche. Merci pour tout Cyril ! 🙏🙌

Die XL Stunde hatte alles was eine ausgezeichnete, angeleitete Stunde haben sollte: passender Dharmatalk, Pranayama, eine ausgewogene Asana Praxis mit zT hitzigeren Elementen und dann lösenden Haltungen im Yin Teil. Challenging though it was, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back - Oksana made it comfortable, the girls at the reception are super nice and I’m OBSESSED with the fact that you can also have breakfast here as well as different options for drinks 🤍
