Il s’agit d’un cours à un rythme plus long sur chaque pose, mais vaut mieux déjà être familière avec les poses yoga (pas mal d’instructions sont indiquées via le nom des poses, après j’imagine qu’il y a pas mal d’habituées dans ce cours, et c’est ma première fois dans ce studio). C’est un bon studio du quartier. Attention pas de salle d’attente car le studio donne directement sur la rue.

La professeur accompagne bien les débutants même si sur les hamacs des côtés nous ne l’entendons presque pas lorsqu’elle parle et lorsqu’elle donne les instructions. L’ambiance est détendu et agréable. À savoir, nous passons pas mal de temps la tête en bas.

The teacher has an incredible energy, the classes was not squeezed to fit the usual 1h and the rythm was following the respiration, not rushed. The level was perfect, not too easy neither difficult and adaptée to the heat. Also the aircon was on and that was very enjoyable. The place is beautiful. Thank you so much!
