But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

Alba is very adaptable to your skills, making sure both the beginners and intermediate people were practicing at their own level and pace.
