BLOKSTRENGTH: LOWER BODY
Voir tous les avisTried this class for the first time and honestly 10/10. I felt a little intimidated going in but Nene put me at ease straight away, giving really useful cues to improve form, and keeping us all motivated. There’s also plenty of opportunity to adapt your speed/weight level so a beginner like me felt super welcome and part of the class. Thank you so much!!!

Voir tous les avisLove love love his classes!! Never boring. You can really adjust the class to your energy level whether you’re feeling weak that day or very strong. Instructions are on point, i rarely have to look at him for reference. He always dedicates time at the end of the class to dive deeper into specific poses and i genuinely see progress. Also, he’s funny and has great playlists. 1000/10

Voir tous les avisI feel.like the corridors could be warmer and especially because the sauna is a lower heat than normal saunas which are usually 80-90°. I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.

Voir tous les avisit was a lovely experience for a good price, but I recommend booking a full hour instead of half hour. there is often some overlap with other groups, causing cues for the one shower downstairs. I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.

Voir tous les avisThe lady Gillian is the kindest , loveliest beauty therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure to get a treatment from. The Hollywood wax technique was great however it was painful. I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. If they’re open minded enough to change the wax, I think it will be better for the client. In the end, a good result and Gillian was very professional.
