Voir tous les avisTamara’s energy is infectious and she brings such positive vibes to the class! She makes sure everyone feels involved and gives helpful guidance with the steps. The choreography was easy to follow and had just the right level of intensity. Expect to burn around 400 calories while having a blast! Loved the session. I'll definitely plan my next class soon!
