Restorative Yoga
Voir tous les avisZiya is such a ray of sunshine. I’ve taken a few of her yoga classes and she makes me feel so welcomed every time. I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.
