Voir tous les avisTiffany is my favorite instructor so far. I’ve been cycling for over 2 years from UT, CO, and OK, and she really stood out. Her energy and enthusiasm made the class so fun and motivating. The studio was also amazing with the theatre like lights and sound system. I’d be coming back if I lived here:)

Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!
