She planned the flow well and gradually increased intensity that match our energy level that she helped prepared us and warmed up during the early part of the class. I really liked how she also assisted and adjusted our alignment. The quick aroma massage she gave made my stiff neck and shoulders relieved. Really appreciated . The studio is clean and a spacious separate changing room for women with lockers.

I’ve never seen someone use so many different instruments during a sound meditation - but the way she weaved together electronics and synthesisers with bells and singing bowls was skilful and made for completely unique experience. Would definitely come back for a session with her!
