She is an exceptional Lagree instructor: doesn’t overdo each muscle group with each movement series, this then helps by not exhausting a muscle group helping you to keep correct form resulting in insane shakes! Speaking of form, Beate always gives verbal cues of what you should be feeling & where, and suggests the tiniest of changes to activate muscle awareness. Love love love her classes!

Considering the earnings from classes like this it’s a shame to see they aren’t willing to spend this on their client’s and instructors wellbeing
