Her choreo’s are always so nice and she’s so encouraging. Absolutely LOVE this girl! And this was a 90 minute ride on a monday at 9pm and the room was full and the energy was amazing , which I think says it all! Not many coaches can do that :)

Elle m’a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement du Reformer et m’a guidée pour chaque mouvement. Moi qui fais de la musculation, je n’avais encore jamais testé le Reformer, et j’ai vraiment senti mes muscles travailler différemment. De l’échauffement jusqu’aux étirements, tout s’enchaîne super bien. On ressort de la séance avec la sensation d’avoir travaillé tout le corps. Je recommande sans hésiter !

This being my first time doing pilates, I did not feel like I was lacking any of the skills to be able to do the exercises, rather she corrected my form encouragingly when needed. Her simple acts of guidance helped me find the spots where I could release tension and feel the ‘pilates burn’. I am looking forward to future sessions! :)

The instructor was clear with directions and walked around the room to help everyone or add springs as needed. The studio is also very aesthetic and clean. There is a spin class next door which i’d have to check out next time. Unfortunately I don’t live here but if I did this place would have my annual membership money. Thank you!!!

Die Choreografien gefallen mir sehr – sie sind abwechslungsreich, fordernd und steigern sich Schritt für Schritt, sodass man gut mitkommt. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die persönlichen Korrekturen. Man merkt sofort einen Unterschied in der Ausführung, wenn man seine Tipps umsetzt. Auch die Atmosphäre im gesamten Kurs ist sehr angenehm und motivierend. Ich kann den Kurs auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
