This isn’t a typical massage - it’s a targeted treatment focused on releasing pain and deep muscle tension. I felt immediate relief in the areas we worked on and could still notice the difference afterwards. To help maintain the progress, he also gave me a few exercises to continue at home, which I really appreciated. The studio is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. Alex is also very kind and professional, and speaks English aside from German! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with long-term pain, muscle tightness, or athletes looking to improve recovery.

The therapist’s touch was precise, the pressure was well-balanced (though it might feel strong to some), and the overall flow of the session was highly satisfying. The atmosphere was relaxing, with pleasant lighting and soothing music that made it easy to unwind. There was a bit of confusion with the ClassPass check-in process, so I had to leave a deposit. Hopefully, that will be resolved smoothly and refunded soon. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely visit again :-)

Voir tous les avisI had such a lovely experience with Poppy. She was so sweet and caring, and I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in her space. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which made it easy to fully switch off. I booked the neck and shoulder relief massage and came in with a really tense, painful spot on my right shoulder/neck from stress, awkward sleeping positions, and TMD. Poppy spent a lot of time working through the tension, and I left with noticeably more mobility in my neck and feeling more relaxed than I had in a long time. I really loved the balance between deeper work to release tension and gentler, relaxing movements. She also used different oils for my body and face, which was a really nice touch. The quality was excellent for the price, and I felt very comfortable in her hands. I’ll definitely be going back and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a professional Thai massage or wanting to try something new.
