The instructor Shannon was very good about demonstrating what we were doing and as Lagree is new to me was also very good about coming by and getting me adjusted on positioning which I really appreciated. An excellent workout. I wish I lived closer to this studio!

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this class! It was super challenging but also can be beginner friendly. Zoe was super encouraging and warm and an amazing instructor. She gave good modifications which I always appreciate! Definitely want to return for another class!
