Voir tous les avisFun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

Voir tous les avisAmazing class!! Very unique and just what I want. Wish you guys had an 8:30am class so I could come regularly! Daniel was a great instructor. Also, wish you guys had a better video of this class as I wanted to show people what it was like, but the 2 month old variety video showing the CorePower class types didn’t do it justice and could hardly even find TikTok videos of any class quite like this one. Can’t wait to do another eventually when I get a random day that I can come during that actual time point (two kids) lol
