Voir tous les avisI walked in feeling a little anxious and intimidated. I just got back to working out and wasn’t sure I could keep up with this crew. But, WOW! It was an incredible workout, with the most encouraging people! The instructor, Caleb, made sure at each interval that I was comfortable and confident in the exercises, and made modifications for me where I needed them! I will definitely be back!
