Voir tous les avisThis was my fourth or fifth Wednesday night class with Taunya and I just love it! I’ve learned so much! She uses essential oils, and I’ve fallen in love with the ylang ylang one. She also incorporates props in ways I never have thought of. I’m considering getting some ylang ylang essential oil and a sandbag to elevate my yoga practices I do before bed! If you’re thinking about taking this class I highly recommend it. It’s the perfect mix of yin and restorative yoga!

Voir tous les avisEnjoyable class with good flow. Receptionist gave the most thorough orientation to the space I’ve ever received at a yoga studio, which I appreciated. Instructor spoke loud enough to be heard over the music and kept things moving at a good pace. One participant was breathing very loudly, but I didn’t find it to detract from my practice.

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time attending burn boot camp and doing any sort of cardio strength group class like this one. I was intimidated at first but everyone was really welcoming, especially the trainer Taylor. She was fantastic, she put extra attention to me to make sure I was doing the exercises right. She was very motivational to make sure I wouldn’t give up. This was a challenging class but I really enjoyed it and will be back. You can tell that it has a supportive community!

The only thing I wish they had was a mirror wall, I typically like to watch myself and make sure my poses are correct, it also makes it easier to see the instructor.
