She pushes you to try different options of each movement, whilst always helping to make sure your form does not dip when attempting more difficult options. Sav explains things clearly and also gives demonstrations, but what I love is that she also always describes what parts of your body should be activated/ is being worked during each movement! She has a very kind and calming presence too :) thanks Sav!
