Voir tous les avisKaren is the best instructor. I’ve taken many classes where the instructors don’t care to teach you, adjust you, or modify you. Karen is the exact opposite, not only does she care about everyone in the class, she carefully adjusts and models all the movements which makes the class very easy to follow. (Plus her music is amazing and this class is always a great workout first thing in the morning. 10/10 recommend
