    Arms felt like jello during the workout. It was great! Great coach and excellent corrections!!! Loved how it built up from light stretching to Pilates corework to all out chaos in my body. lol!! Highly recommended. Body feels good.

    My first Barre Class! Great workout, good energy from the instructor. I’d definitely take the class again. The gym itself was nice and cleanly. My one suggestion would be to invest in actual bath sized towels.
