It was my first time, but he provided a welcoming environment and personalized attention to make sure I felt comfortable with the exercises. The vibe and location are great. The class itself can accommodate any fitness level, and the other class members (several of whom appear to be regulars) are friendly. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
