I came 30 min early and filled out an intake survey that allowed me to choose my music (coastal was lovely), talking preference (silent), and oil scent (orange blossom was fantastic). The front desk girl was so sweet and took me on a tour of the women’s locker room and waiting area. After I changed into the provided super cozy robe and sandals, I drank some tea, put on a warm neck pillow, and waited in a luxurious relaxation room with a coloring book and coloring pencils (so cute!!) Jean, my masseuse, came to get me, and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever received! I appreciate the eye drape for laying face up, and the AMAZING head massage to start off the session. The room was a little chilly, but it made the hot stones feel even more incredible! After the session was over, Jean made me a delicious cup of sweet mint tea and led me back to the relaxation room where I drank it slowly as I came back to reality. I showered off (be mindful of others; there’s only one shower stall and don’t forget to bring a comb) and left a cash tip for Jean at the front desk. I’ll definitely be back!

Olga has thoroughly thought through every part of the experience She emails a couple forms the day before your facial to get background information and consent, then sends a text the day of the appointment with information about parking, how to get to her suite, and tips before your facial. Her room is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, so cozy and moody. It was clear that Olga cares deeply about ensuring her clients’ comfort throughout their experience and that she’s passionate about what she does. She talks you through every step of her process, post-facial care, and what to expect for the next week after your facial. There aren’t words to describe how impressed and happy I am with my experience. I will definitely be back and plan to gift friends and family facials with her in the future!
