Voir tous les avisI liked this class. The movements felt balanced between core, upper body and lower body and the instructors cues were effective yet her vibe was chill which I much prefer. Others have come off as super chaotic and way too loud. Will be back to Kassia’s class for sure!

She did an excellent job! the only thing is they only give #6 reformer to classpasser and at the corner they need another mirror I think. the corner reformer does not have mirrors on both sides of the walls, which is kinda unfair. I wonder if Duo owner ever reads the reviews here, if so, please install at least one two mirrors for the person using the reformer #6.
