    Morning Flow

I've been attending Mike's class for well over a year and I really like his teaching style and the community he has built; you see familiar faces each week. There are many options provided for each pose so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you will get something out of the class.

    Morning Flow

The instructor was clear with the exercises. I liked how the space was laid out with where to place your mat as it can be quite tricky shuffling around to make room for everyone. It seemed like we fit a lot for a morning flow class with the time allotted.

    Candlelit Yoga Nidra

Leaving a five-star review, as the studio overall is amazing. Yet this particular class was a very poor value, not worth my time or money. Extremely uncomfortable poses that aggravated my anxiety. Also, letting in latecomers is so disrespectful to those who made an effort to show up on time.

Bikram Yoga - Karma class (£5)

Had a 90 minutes of Bikram yoga with Sandra. She was very careful and inspiring, correcting me if I did something wrong (I was a complete beginner) you have to bring your own towels and yoga mat and water. I was not expecting to sweat that much so didn’t bring a towel but you really need to have it. You can buy it at reception for 2£. Overall really positive experience - good for joints and mobility.
