By the end, so many people knew my name, and this was my FIRST class. Harry (instructor/owner) built something great here.

Voir tous les avisFun, different and challenging class. I had never been to Just Plain Yoga for yoga before, but utilized a pelvic floor personal trainer who was in the space. Amanda was aware of all her students, offered assistance and modifications, and gave clear instructions. I loved that it was a slower pace, but still challenging. We were able to stay and move in poses and really allow our bodies to get a wholistic benefit from each asana.
