Heat it, hand it to a French instructor credentialed in Rishikesh and Varkala, conduct it in English, and stage it on the 5th floor of Kamppi Center, and you have something quietly improbable — contemporary wellness as cultural collage, with no single origin to be foreign from. Yoga Nordic earns the layering.
