Voir tous les avisI like this class a lot im surprised its not more full. Its more simple for the moves on the bike but i like the arm exercises. This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

Voir tous les avisVery good class - I like the 30 minute timeframe it's just enough for you to break a sweat but not too long. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

But it was very good as every muscle was worked out and the instructor did come and correct form as i feel it’s rare to have instructors doing that now a days. Great class and instructor i would book it again

Voir tous les avisThis was a great class and Clare gave me such personalized attention as a beginner. She is a great teacher and very approachable, and she makes you feel very comfortable. As a beginner she was very patient with me and made sure that i was understanding everything. The studio is super clean, cute, and cozy. TRX is such a great workout and something that I’ve enjoyed the most - if you do it regularly you will definitely gain a lot of strength. It’s not a cardio heavy class but you will work every muscle. You will definitely be sore the next day!
