Please try this class at least once to find out for yourself. Also…the girls that work at the desk…I don’t know how it’s possible but every single one of them are astounding…so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, beautiful in soul. This is a community that is very special and rare.

Voir tous les avisEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.
