However C1 level or C1.5 level is easy to do! I like trainer’s guidance: he focuses on breathing guidance all the time! That’s the most important part!

Voir tous les avisKareena is such a fantastic instructor! Her energy is contagious, and she does an amazing job creating a class that is both challenging and approachable. The workout had the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and yoga-inspired movement, and her cues were clear throughout. I left feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. One of my favorite sculpt classes I’ve taken—I’ll definitely be back for another class with Kareena!

Audrey reinforced my workout to be challenging, she pushed me, yet understanding for me to complete at my required pace. Love class pass for the ability to travel and try out new places. This was a good location and class, thank you!!
