    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

I book C2 level hot yoga. It‘s my first time to attend hot yoga class. It's really amazing but challenge. If you were a beginner like me it is worth trying! However C1 level or C1.5 level is easy to do! I like trainer’s guidance: he focuses on breathing guidance all the time! That’s the most important part!

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Kareena is such a fantastic instructor! Her energy is contagious, and she does an amazing job creating a class that is both challenging and approachable. The workout had the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and yoga-inspired movement, and her cues were clear throughout. I left feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. One of my favorite sculpt classes I’ve taken—I’ll definitely be back for another class with Kareena!

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

For a 60 year old out of towner, I was greeted with courteous, welcoming ladies. Audrey reinforced my workout to be challenging, she pushed me, yet understanding for me to complete at my required pace. Love class pass for the ability to travel and try out new places. This was a good location and class, thank you!!
