Voir tous les avisShannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!

Voir tous les avisIts our first irst time to take this class and Nana is very helpful, she provided us with the right equipments to use prior to start of the class ( just arrive a little early) She moves around to check our forms and making sure we are executing the exercises correctly. She takes time warming up and cooling down and not rushed. We will definitely come back it's a good pain. A different challenge.
