Voir tous les avisThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

Voir tous les avisTeresa is a thoughtful and challenging instructor, I really like her attention to technique and openness for answering questions and giving progressions and advice during and post-workout. I really enjoyed the class and looking forward to learning more from Teresa, so glad she’s teaching an aerial sequence. I like that Teresa is able to accommodate progressions on a mixed level class suitable for beginners and intermediate people.
