BUT after joining the class I have one word “AMAZING”. She was by far the best Pilates instructor I have experienced. I travel the world. Toni is the “mic drop”!

Coach Luan does an amazing job of pushing everyone to improve while making the workouts fun and challenging. What stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about his students: he takes the time to connect with everyone personally and offers individual guidance throughout the class. And Sophia at the front desk is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and positive, which makes every visit even better🫶🏻 I always leave feeling stronger, motivated, and looking forward to the next session!

The class was challenging in a good way, with the perfect mix of strength and stretch. I left feeling refreshed and really good overall. Love it!!! Definitely coming back!!!!

Voir tous les avisThe class schedule on ClassPass is completely wrong. The bachata class is actually at 8pm and level 2, not for beginners. The staff was kind and accommodating though, and did their best to make sure I kept up with the steps. I had fun and would come back 🙂

You can feel the breeze and hear birds, frogs, and owls during the practice. He plays the harmonium, sings, includes pranayama and offers powerful corrections.
