Voir tous les avisIt was kind of hard to hear the instructor, I wish they’d use a microphone or turn the music down because it sounded like she had some interesting things to say. Mollie was friendly. I wish we did more neck/shoulder stretches. The music was kind of depressing at times, I’ve noticed this in other classes too. I get the vibe they’re trying to create but there is more positive/upbeat yoga music too. I like how the blocks are sturdy

Voir tous les avisInteresting class. It was definitely challenging but mainly because poses were held for so long. It was an extremely slow flow. There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes I’ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think it’s nice to try both.

Voir tous les avisThis class is my weekly retreat and release! Nothing better than Tianna’s sweat then sweet flow (except maybe her hugs! She gives the best hugs!) but seriously: if you want to challenge yourself internally but come out of class feeling just a little more healed, a little more like the authentic you, then you’ll love it. It’s not a traditional vinyasa the whole time, read the description. But to me it’s better. And the space feels so inclusive and safe and inspiring!
