She helped to explain everything to me, I felt very comfortable with the whole process and I’m new to the facial world. She is amazing with her hand and massage techniques as well! Really enjoyed the class and how it was spaced out in terms of the different combos and progressions to truly help engage the core and have better comprehension of what's really going on in a pose.
