This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

Voir tous les avisi’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

He instructed and corrected everyone’s form (realised I’d been doing kettlebell swings wrong my whole life!) and was super encouraging. Pushed you the right amount. Would 100% go back. Super easy check in process, and convenient parking lot in the back so you don’t have to hunt for a spot

Mike was also very mindful of my injury and made sure I was good with the exercises. love the energy and vibe of the trainers and clients. I will be back!
