    CYCLE 1

I can already tell I'll be back! 🚴‍♀️🔥 My first Cycle 1 class at Embodé Method was such a great experience. Kerrin was amazing, welcoming, informative, and incredibly motivating. The music was bumping, the burn was real, and the energy was absolutely immaculate. I had so much fun and left feeling energized. Can't wait for my next class! ✨💛

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

This class was a nice change from usual Sculpt classes I’ve taken at CP - fast-paced and lots of different exercises with quick transitions. Challenging but kept it interesting and engaging! Would love to hear more female artists on the playlist as it felt a bit male-centric.

    INFERNO HOT HIIT PILATES

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was so unique and forward-thinking that I genuinely felt compelled to share it. This was such an incredible first experience at Hot Yoga Waikiki. One thing that really stood out is that this studio doesn’t have a conventional front desk. Everything was handled virtually before I arrived, including the owner personally reaching out to me. I had my payment taken care of before I even left my hotel, which made the entire experience feel effortless. I received all the information I needed ahead of time, was able to handle my mat and towel rental invoice, and was shown exactly how to get there and where to park. Since I’m visiting and it was my first time in Hawaii, this made a huge difference. I felt comfortable, confident, and at ease before I even walked through the door. I’d definitely recommend reaching out ahead of time. They are very clear about their policies, including arriving on time, and that clarity actually made the experience smoother and stress-free. When I arrived, my mat and towel were already laid out for me. Wow, talk about VIP service. I’m so glad I contacted them beforehand because it closed every question I would have had. The aloha spirit was truly felt from start to finish. As for the class, it was an amazing workout. I have significant knee injuries, and the coach knew this ahead of time. She already had thoughtful modifications in mind that addressed my concerns and made me feel genuinely cared for. The class felt very intentional and almost physical therapy driven, which honestly amazed me because several of the exercises were exactly what my PT has me doing at home. Coach Drea walked around the room, corrected form, motivated everyone, and gave just the right amount of push. The energy was positive, uplifting, and encouraging. I also really appreciated that she did not work out with us. It made me feel like she was fully present and focused on her students, which truly shows how much she cares. You could tell many of the regulars were strong and confident, yet I never once felt uncomfortable as a newcomer. The students were welcoming, community-driven, and kind. I have never been to a studio like this. Even though it was my first visit, it genuinely felt like I belonged there. This studio is perfect for anyone who values clear communication, structure, and a truly supportive, injury-aware workout environment. Thank you, Coach Drea, for being so patient, kind, and attentive, and for helping me move safely and correctly. Thank you to Hot Yoga Waikiki for making my vacation that much more enjoyable. I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in Hawaii.
