I weight lift a lot and stretch and focus on mobility and this class absolutely challenged me and even had me sore without being able to feel my butt cheeks for 2 days which is a win in my book! It was a refreshing, relaxing and slow workout on a Friday which was perfect! 10/10! Lovely instructor, smooth flowing class and the burn was great.

Voir tous les avisLove this class! Very beginner friendly! I just wish the evening classes were 18+, there is a LOT of kids sometimes in these classes. They just dance in a huddle instead of dancing in windows the whole class so a spot that would ideally have one person has 4 kids. I have gotten run into them before and even scooting back you push everyone back behind you. I wish the instructors would either put all the kids on one side or have their own kids classes or even just fix them into windows while practicing. It can be hard to dance next to them

I was pretty intimidated because everyone there already seemed to know eachother and be friends but everyone was nice. I really enjoyed the structure of this class, learning a choreography and then doing it to many songs for the entire session! The instructor was so fun and energetic. Beginners can def be in this class but it helps if you are confident in your dancing ability and can let loose and have fun! I was pretty shy but overall it was a cool concept

I also loved that we were progressing toward Ayeshas, which is exactly the kind of material I want to work on in a Level 2 class. It was refreshing to be challenged, and the class was actually worth it. I definitely recommend taking Level 2 with her!
