We were able to spar, which I thought was extremely helpful cause we were actually able to gauge our strengths and weaknesses. He even had a one on one with after the training to talk about my goals and explain different plans with me.

The instructor was very helpful and gave me hands on tips to help with my technique. It was more challenging than I thought since we were learning a sequence of movements.
