There was a lot to learn and they dedicated some time for me to learn some of the basics aside from the rest of the class. I would definitely take their class again and recommend a friend to join.

We were able to spar, which I thought was extremely helpful cause we were actually able to gauge our strengths and weaknesses. He even had a one on one with after the training to talk about my goals and explain different plans with me.
