I came in sore post-Pilates frenzy and curious about getting into yoga after a long hiatus; this delivered a great stretch and top-tier camaraderie. Melissa is kind, funny, and incredibly down to earth (especially with corrections) and the regulars were so welcoming and patient with me as a first-timer. I’m going back for the community alone; the stretching is a bonus!

I felt like my core was so worked out it felt like the best ab session and it’s great for targeting full body muscles. The class was perfect to ease me back into Pilates, it was the best balance between being a challenge but not overwhelmingly so. Dana was also happy to make adjustments to tailored to each person. Reflexology was amazing- 50 minutes of pressure points/massage on feet. Isaac was great. Was able to tip with card at the end. Their website has the service listed for $100 so tipped off of that.
