Voir tous les avisThis was my first time attending Rasa yoga studio and my instructor Gracie was absolutely amazing! By the end of the class I was completely destressed. She was very clear with her instructions and had a helper demonstrating the poses which I found extremely helpful. Gracie also used instruments like sound bowels and fork tuning throughout the session that helped release the stress from the day away. I will definitely be going back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
