A no frills gym catering to a weightlifting crowd but with funny quirks like having a “space room” with colorful lights. As expected with a gym like this, showers don’t have toiletries or towels, so plan accordingly. I’ll be back next time I have time to kill before flying out of IAH.

Voir tous les avisThe Rapid Results lived up to its description as an intense strength training class. I liked the ready availability of equipment, allowing me to adjust weights easily based on my individual preferences. I also liked how they incorporated various gym equipment within each circuit segment while trainers provided guidance on proper use and form. It’s worth noting that the hour long duration demands a certain level of endurance. Though it’s tough a beginner can get through it, just expect the workout to be challenging. In terms of the gym itself, it has older equipment, and despite its appearance it serves its purpose. Plus all equipment is cleaned after every circuit. Overall, I enjoyed the fitness class, and I plan to sign up for additional classes.

Voir tous les avisWhen I initially stepped in, the ambiance was so sleek, inviting, and electrifying. Kevin, the instructor, was really friendly and comforting. Chill guy. The program was designed to work every muscle group in your body. When you look at the walls, you can see that everyone has goals and is marking them off. The group that I worked with was also really encouraging, which made me want to return. I also couldn’t help but look at the gym equipment, I definitely can see myself going back to use it.
